"take this fainted heart, take these tainted hands. wash me in your blood and come like grace again."
anxiety, worry, depression, loneliness, it is all real. very real. when people say "suck it up drama queen, no need to get attention that way." how does that make you feel? HORRIBLE AM I RIGHT. ugh. to have anxiety and worry both at the same time is enough to breakdown every day of your life. anxiety builds up as things get crazy, and then worry creeps in because your thoughts hit you all at once and you worry about how you will deal with the next situation, or better yet, you worry about how you will deal with you depression. or you worry about how you will deal with your anxiety. or you worry about how you will deal with your loneliness. you worry about how you're going to take control over your life instead of having people do it for you. you soon enough worry too much into your anxiety, depression, or loneliness, and you back yourself up into a hole. a dark hole that takes a while to get out of because you just can't seem to see a way out. you feel helpless. you feel like you can't fight the good fight anymore because this is all it leads to. you start to think "what's the point in all of this? why am i still here? i am not happy." you shut down, and you literally become a walking zombie. emotionless, affectionless, and broken. THAT is what a person looks and feels like when you let the enemy win over your struggles. SATAN KNOWS DUDE! satan knows, just like God does, what makes you tick, what makes you completely shut down, and what makes you completely deny Christ. the SECOND you let satan win over your struggles, its hard to come back from. {BUT IT IS POSSIBLE!} first, you need to fill the voids. depression? fill it with Jesus. anxiety? fill it with Jesus. loneliness? fill it with Jesus. worry? fill it with Jesus. "worrying is assuming that God doesn't know what he is doing." HE has loved you at your darkest and its time to let him in. he knows what you're going through and i promise you that you are not alone.
"“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?" Matthew 6:25
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
